Become CCDC Foundation Member

There are two ways to become a CCDC Foundation member or to make a donation:

  • Submit your payment below (you will be able to make a payment by using either PayPal or any major credit card).

or

  • Send your information (your name, organization/business name, and address)
    together with check to the CCDC Foundation:

    Urbana, Illinois 61803-0752.

Upon receiving your information and payment we will mail you a receipt.
Checks should be made payable to CCDC Foundation. All memberships and contributions are tax deductible.

  • Individual ($25 to $49)

  • Individual Sustaining ($50 to $200)

  • Business ($25 to $200)

  • Organization ($25 to $200)
