CCDC Foundation Site Awards recognizes excellence in site design throughout Champaign County. Both public and private sites are eligible. The program honors outstanding planning and design projects the exemplify the goals and values of the Foundation. Previous site award winners include:

- Champaign-Urbana Herb Society Garden — Champaign County Nursing Home
- Boulware Trail — Champaign Park District
- Miriam Davies Enabling Garden — Champaign County Forest Preserve District
- Brooks-Warfel Park — Village of Mahomet
- Williams Flower Garden — Village of Sidney
- Idea Garden — Champaign County Master Gardeners
